Chateau Beausaint, a charming villa nestled in the picturesque Luxembourg region of Belgium, provided an extraordinary holiday experience for my family and me over Christmas. The Carriage House offered us ample space to enjoy our time together, complete with a private patio and a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay both comfortable and cozy. The owners, Sally and her husband, elevated our experience with their warm hospitality; he dazzled us with his culinary mastery, especially during the lovely five-course degustation menu. The setting itself is ideal for both relaxation and exploration, with the vibrant town of La Roche just a short drive away for shopping and dining. We took the opportunity to visit cultural highlights, including the Battle of the Bulge Museum, immersing ourselves in history while appreciating the natural beauty surrounding us. The gorgeous decor, modern amenities, and serene atmosphere of this villa left a lasting impression, making me long for another visit to this hidden gem in Belgium.
